Product Advantages

Modular Integration & Flexibility

Configurations up to 6 parallel tracks with glass-to-glass corner options, opposed openings, and native integration with shading systems or roofing.

Anti-friction Seals

Our seal technology eliminates lateral friction on panels during sliding, eliminating rubbing noise and dramatically extending seal lifespan.

Drainage system

The rail incorporates a condensation collection channel, formed by drainage grooves, which allows water to be drained away quickly.

Ergonomic Flush Handle

The square ring handle allows effortless panel operation without protruding elements, maintaining a clean design and maximum visual transparency.

Full Traceability

Each system is individually identified by a specific code, reducing installation time on site and ensuring speedy processing of future reorders.

Pre-assembly

We manufacture pre-assembled systems that reduce installation time on site and minimise the margin for error.

Anti-lift system

Whilst the doors are sliding, the anti-lift system prevents them from being lifted or pulled out, thereby preventing any incorrect operation.

Warranty included

All Lumyra glazing is covered by a warranty, ensuring the quality and durability of our systems. This is a concrete commitment that confirms the reliability of a product manufactured to the highest industry standards. Please refer to the dedicated document for the full terms and conditions.

FAQ

How does the Lumyra sliding system work?

The system is based on a parallel-track architecture (3 to 6 tracks) in high-strength extruded aluminium. Opening the first panel progressively engages the subsequent ones via interlocking plugs, ensuring perfect alignment when the system is closed.

What prevents panels from derailing?

Every carriage features an integrated anti-tipping system that keeps the panel firmly within the track, even in strong gusts or accidental impacts.

How is condensation managed within the tracks?

The Lumyra track is not a flat profile; it integrates a condensation collection chamber connected directly to external drainage slots. This prevents moisture from pooling and damaging the paintwork or carriages.

Is key locking available for commercial premises?

Yes. We offer a dedicated lock with a brushed aluminium strike plate, seamlessly integrated into the system to ensure the security of bars, restaurants and hotels.

Can the glazing be installed in high-salinity environments?

Absolutely. Pre-painted aluminium profiles and components in stainless steel and high-performance polymer materials are tested to resist salt corrosion and thermal stress, making the product ideal for hotels and coastal hospitality facilities.

How do you clean Lumyra glass systems?

For routine cleaning, simply use lukewarm water and a neutral detergent (pH 6–8), applied with a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive tools and substances, as well as acidic or alkaline products, which can damage the sealants. For more stubborn dirt, isopropyl or denatured alcohol may be used, whilst for limescale, a 5–10% acetic acid solution followed by rinsing with lukewarm water is recommended: in both cases, take care not to touch gaskets, sealants or painted parts. Aluminium profiles should be cleaned with plain neutral soapy water and a clean cloth, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight whilst washing.

Training at Lumyra Glass

At Lumyra Glass, training is the cornerstone on which we build our partnership with our distributors. We do not simply supply glass systems; we pass on to our distributors the know-how needed to manage every project with industrial precision.

At the heart of our operations is the Forlì Showroom, a space designed to offer a hands-on experience. Here, professionals do not simply view the product; they put it through its paces to understand its construction principles and the benefits it offers during installation.
